GOT up early today around 9 plus 10 in the morning, to wait for my awesome girlfriend to come over and make some sandwiches, it was really not bad, i mean, a good combination of bread slices, cheese, pineapple and honey hams.. really nice, thankyou! :D well yea soon after having those sandwiches, she had to leave for school while i wait for my next lesson at 4pm, went to school on time and only to realise that the presentation is next week and i dont have to attend today's lesson, well bummer but yea, i head early to the gym first to do some weights and then to short-distance training, so part of blogging to me is also to keep records of my training in order to remind myself not to over-train and yes, here's today's workout:
Gym(Own-time due to my stupidity of attending my class when i dont have to):
- hamstring lift (40lbs, 5 sets of 10 reps)
- bench press (70lbs, 3 sets of 10 reps)
- Lat pull (50lbs, 2 sets of 10 reps)
- quat lifts (40lbs, 3 sets of 10 reps)
- one set of 10 dips
- straight bar bicep curls (30kg, 3 sets of 10 reps)
- free weight bicep curls (10kg, 2 sets of 10 reps)
Short distance training:
- Warm up 3 rounds
- 2 sets of 100m skipping
- 2 sets of 100m hopping?
- 2 sets of 100m side-hopping?
- 2 sets of 100m backward run
- stretching
- 4.8km reservoir run (Pace : Intense, 10k race pace, timed about 20mins)
- gym workout again
- 3 X hamstrings lift of 10 reps (30lbs)
- 3 X benchpress of 10 reps (70lbs)
- 3 X back lat pull of 10 reps (50lbs)
- 3 X lunges jump of 10 reps (15kg)
- 3 X good morning of 10 reps (20kg)
- 3 X light squats of 10 reps (40kg)
- 4 X 120m sprints ( Ave. 15seconds )
well yea there u have it, long list, but i gotta say this, today's training i was kinda pleased although i didnt really performed coz i realised i have many of these great team mates to push and support and some even asked how you're doing, so its really enlightening? and yea i am quite happy with today's training, all the pain was worth it... i am a person with quite little words la but i do appreciate people around me and i would like to informally thank some of the guys from track who's been really supportive and great to me, so yea here i go la, in no particular order, thank you Adriel for always being there and support me all the way, Thank you Joesph for shouting at me to go faster while i was doing the 120, thank you Max for asking about my well-being, thank you Madini for telling me to push on with few sets left, thank you Coach for giving me all these pain and Thank you the rest for those i didnt mention here... so yea Thank you all... ohgay, Time to sleep, Byelamosburger readers, thanks for reading again...
