The pain is close to getting excruciating...
Dayout
After school at 12, went home and had some hams and eggs for my skinny stomach and then my ning ning came over with my favourite peanut waffle! thanks dear and yea soon after we left for our movie "Red Cliff", show time was 3.20pm, we reached TM GV at around 3.24pm so pretty much still on time considering gv is full of advertisments b4 the show proceeds... so the show end up with "to be continued" and thats where we all like be like "uhhhhhhlamakkkkk" and yea it was a pretty good show, lots of fake blood, looks lie tomato puree to me but yea pretty cool with all the slashing and shit haha
But yea the generals in the past ancient times are really Strong, frekaing strong, some got style, like after fighting have to POSE one! wah lao, damn got sey la... but yea there this general which i often laugh at but he's damn powerpack i tell u! he only uses fist with a huge temper to kill and i forgot his name, maybe "general ching" or something, i duno la, but his face really looked like he love buns and everytime i see him speak, i'll like tell my ning ning, there u go, he saying he wants his buns and he's really hungry for it, if not he'll kill! haha! well all in all it was a pretty alright movie, i also learnt that i should have paid more attention during history lesson to better understand the chinese dynasty's happenings in the early ADs... so good show, good company... head on to training right after the movie ;]
Pain i get from training, AWESOMEEE...
Next the blog is gona be about pain, i learnt that stretching, warming up, cooling down, proper massage, icing and more importantly staying injury-free is FREAKING important... after today's short distance training, my hamstrings go "WOW the lactic and muscle pull is gona make from a beef steak to cheese macoroni!!!" dont know if you understood that concept but yea, in other words, its HURTING.
Oh yes, its been awhile since i feel real pain, muscle aches, muscle pulls etc... today's training really didnt run much but the drills and gym as usual is enough to kill me with constant training... well i do keep in mind to stay injury-free and i vowed to myself that this time around, no more slacking, i have to do what i can at this age and not wait until i am using a walking stick so yea its now or never... gona be tough! but yea, i sure do hope the results will really satisfy me... :] so here is today's short-distance training regin:
Short-distance training(late so i missed the reservoir 4.8k run):
- Gym workout
- 3 sets of hamstring pull (30lbs)
- 3 sets of lunges jump (10kg each side)
- 3 sets of alternate push out (5kg bar)
- 3 sets of good morning (15kg bar)
- 3 sets of rolling (50lbs)
- Track workout
- 4 X 100m mini bounding (left leg)
- 4 X 100m mini bouding (right leg)
- 3 X 100m leg cycle (left leg)
- 3 X 100m leg cycle (right leg)
Quite frankly, my leg cycle sucks, i honestly think i even did worst than the juniors but i dont frat! i gotta keep that mentality going and train strong and of course stay injury-free :] but anyhow! i would like to thank max for doing the gym workout with me and also thank madini and jac for pushing me on for the track workouts although i really suck as compared to them... hareez too! for telling me what i did wrong while i was doing the mini bounding and obviously coach and some others =) its a good training day once again and i am looking forward for some endurance and stamina training tomorrow witht he long distance guys... alrighty, thats it for now, merci beacoup for reading and i'll see you soon!
