ohgay here we go again... its officially the middle of july and a few new resolutions, attending training without fail unless body doesnt permits, study hard for exams... ... really a good day today to kill myself, as usual, school from 1pm to 4pm and went back home and long-d training at school and went back home for dinner soon after though i really missed hanging with my ning ning :]... so here we go! today's workout:
Long-distance Training (didnt do the usual reservoir warm up coz i came late on purpose):
Reason for lateness : Muscle cramping up... but felt ok while doing the workouts
Focus on training today : Rapid leg raises, fast turnovers, preparation for a good 10km race pace...
- 5 X 400m with 30secs rest between sets Target: moderately intense, Timed (82s/83s/83s/85s/81s)
- 5 X 400m with 30secs rest between sets Target: moderately intense, Timed (79s/82s/81s/81s/81s)
- 2 X 200m with 200m rest walk Target: intense turnovers, Timed (30s/31s)
Mileage for today very little = 4.4km
Alright, there u have it, long d training for today, looking forward for short distance tml, gotta rest soon, will need it!

As for the title, my body hurts la, i guess thats the price i need to pay, well i just need to rest more, sleep early and keep drinking water / milk(cant live without it) / Tau huey(its a must have) ahaha... well i hope all these pain will pay off some day... :D alright, thanks for reading to all the readers as usual, thank you and you have a good night :]
