Another Day of the week...
so! assignments, reports and presentations are almost over... cleared majority of it the past week or 2 and yea i am having a hard time haha, considering i am not the study type but yea, still gotta do it ya know... basically whats done for today is my satellite communications quiz and report and later in the evening for training... i think i am deproving... i duno, i shall not put myself down so much... gotta stay strong and train strong...
well coach ain around this week as he has some i think overseas camp or something... so basic stuff, warm up at reservoir, did about sub 18mins, and the only workout we get is 6 X 400m 10k race pace with 30 secs rest in between... pretty alright, did all around 80s except the the last set 73s haha, thats the funny thing, when u run wif ur team mates, u tend to wana strive faster within ur ability and thats what pushes u further, its exciting but at the same time, u gotta watch out for injury, so yea, thats more or less it for long d training,
oh yea! Hafiz bought the adidas techfit top! damn, its a pretty cool top just look above at the top of my blog! the black one DAMN, so he told me he got it for an offer so its all good... wariner wears it! :D and after that, went back wif my baby girl on the bicycle (apparently she loves the rides haha!) and had dinner with some nice home-cooked food together with my parents, thanks Mom! love you for that... and as usual, my darNing wans to watch that channel 8 9pm drama beach volleyball shitznet, haha i am starting to keep up with that show quite consistently to my surprise... and yea, she's got loads of assignments to handle, no wonder she's tired... aww dear haha! i am always here for you, no worries! :D And well, relay training for tomorrow, gona b good i hope... considering i only have one lecture tml at 11am, should be alright... :]
Sometimes, i think everything happens for a reason, sometimes, i think things just suck happening... well lets see whats installed for me in days/weeks/months/years to come... haha! but as far as i know now, i've got priorities to do and though things i see and things i hear affects me at times, i learnt to "Bor Hui", that means i dont give a shit... i gotta Stay AWAY from the past... blind myself with everything unpleasant i've been through... well in any case, gotta graduate from this polytechnic, a mission that i shouldnt fail.. damn i am worried haha! well at least i am trying... so u critics out there shut ur candid stink-hole mouth haha... alrighty back to my tiberian sun, YOZzzz... au revoir...
